Chris coordinates Business Development, Concept Design and is our general motivational leader. Chris does his best thinking while working out every day at the gym that shares our office complex and executes most effectively on stress, protein shakes and energy drinks.

Scott
Schnelle

Co-Founder/Vice-President of Sales

As Vice-President of Sales, Scott helps to guide the sales development and customer service processes. Scott survives on coffee and the local college all-you-can-eat buffet. He is our resident devil’s advocate and foodie. Scott still oversees the landscape lighting business he started after college. He has a collection of unique instruments including a concertina and a jaw harp.

Jennifer
Schenck

Vice-President of Marketing and Operations

Jennifer is the general sheep-herder of the team. She began her career at IBM in Global Maintenance Marketing but left the glass ceiling world to follow her entrepreneurial dreams. She owned two small businesses and has worked as a freelance marketing professional in the Dallas area before moving to the Midwest.

Paul
Cushing

IT Consultant

Paul has over 20 years of experience in IT Management and Systems Design. In addition to his IT responsibilities, he was recently elected to the Columbia Public Schools, School Board and is involved with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Central Missouri. He feels as comfortable behind the controls of a bulldozer as he does driving his victory red Corvette.

Justin
Wiles

Lead Auditor

Justin heads up our auditing program and performs research and development on new industry ideas. He is our resident tree hugger (truly, he has a B.S. in Forestry) and bikes to work daily. Justin knows the scientific name of every tree, shrub and flower species in North America – feel free to quiz him.

Ryan
Greenaway

Bid Analyst

Ryan is the efficiency architect behind our installation proposals. He has a Masters in Architecture. When not at work, Ryan can most likely be found at a concert or designing art for concert posters.

Geoffrey
Raymond

Lead Developer

Geoffrey is in charge of software development and web design. He carries his laptop to work in a $2 briefcase. He once sewed a pair of denim pants that he then modeled in a local fashion show. He's just that cool. When asked about himself Geoffrey describes himself as socially awkward, but we know it's just a ploy to convince us to leave him alone so he can code.

Andrew
Bueler

Install Coordinator

Andrew (or as we know him) "Bueler" is our go to get-it-done guy around here. He coordinates our jobs from audit to install and beyond into the customer service realm. He spends his free time working on his cars including a 67 Oldsmobile, or you might find him making wooden guitars by hand. Bueler is a native of St. Louis, a graduate of Columbia College, and a really cool guy (as you can surely tell from his Men In Black headshot).
